We are located at the corner of Oak St. and Carrollton Avenue, in the River bend nieghborhood. The studio entrance is on Oak Street, and the studio is not visible from the street. The door to the studio is after the Rue de la Course Coffee shop if you are coming from Carrollton Ave. There is METERED parking on Oak Street from 8am to 6pm Mon. - Sat. Outside of these times the parking is free. On public transportation, the studio can be accessed from the St. Charles Streetcar, on the Oak Street Stop.

The studio was custom built specifically for the practice of yoga, and the energy of the space encourages opening of one's inner space. The octoganally shaped studio has windows on four of the walls, which look out onto bamboo gardens. It is an oasis of tranquility and calm, there to encourage and foster yoga for all who are interested.

Please note that we do not accept credit cards for payment at the Studio, only cash and personal checks are accepted. There are ATMs nearby, one inside the Rue de la Course and a Bank One on Carrollton Ave. in the same block as the studio.
