About Jessica

I own and teach in a yoga studio in New Orleans, LA.  I have spent much time in India soaking in the spirit of yoga with the masters.  Much of this is about balancing the time and energy studying with time in the world sharing the gifts that have been passed on.

This is all part of the lifelong journey.  Spending time in India with my teacher Sri O.P. Tiwari, a true yogi, no ego, a light for those who come in contact with him.  No pretense.  More to come…
