Have you experienced insomnia, chronic stress or anxiety? Have your observations been validated by your doctor? Have you been given pills to treat your symptoms?
Typically, we’re told what we should take to cure our ails. But taking a small white pill doesn’t uncover the roots of our ailments.
In Eastern healing modalities, the body, mind, emotions and spirit are connected. Following this logic, our bodies are intelligent ecosystems. When you choose to listen, you’ll uncover clues to your ailments. Or, you can take that pill and continue to ignore your body’s signs.
In this series Jessica will teach you how to listen to your body so you can become body wise. Using yoga postures, breathing, meditation and ayurvedic practices, Jessica teaches you how to dig deeply. When you’re willing to listen to your body, you uncover secrets to self-healing.
Each week Jessica will teach you different observation techniques including meditations, breathing practices, eating techniques and of course, yoga postures.
By the end of the four weeks you’ll begin to understand and tap into your body’s wisdom.
You’ll also get a handout so you don’t forget what we’ve done:)
