Ashtanga Foundations, Sundays 8:30am with Jessica Blanchard
Covers the fundamentals of Ashtanga, including breath-led movement, alignment and energetic flow. An excellent supplement to Mysore and Vinyasa classes, as you’ll dive into different topics weekly. Ideal for students who want to explore the depths Ashtanga yoga but feel intimidated to come to Mysore classes.
Slow Flow & Restore, Sundays 5:30 pm with Claire Privat
This class combines slow and intentional vinyasa flow with restorative postures and therapeutic massage. By anchoring the awareness in a balanced breath throughout the practice, we will align the body and mind and encourage the release of chronic tension and stress. For all bodies and levels.
Slow Flow (Community Class), Mondays 9:30 am with Courtney Kappes
Release and unwind in this peaceful Slow Flow class. This class combines a gentle vinyasa flow with relaxing restorative postures to bring awareness and calm to your body, breath, and mind. Through mindful movement and connection to your breath you’ll build strength, relieve stress, and heal.
Align & Release, Tuesdays 4:30 pm & Thursdays (Community class) 7:30 pm with Lisa Dunn
Experience a therapeutic yoga class and bodywork practice. You’ll use props to assist with alignment in postures and massage tools for myofascial release and trigger point therapy.
Flow and Restore, Tuesdays 7:30 pm with Tracey Duncan
It’s got the yin and the yang. First you get sweaty with some flow, then you chill out in supported poses and receive therapeutic hands-on adjustments and massage. The class closes with a full yoga nidra (guided deep relaxation). It’s a blissful way to end your weekend and get your week started off right.
Vinyasa L1/L2 – Chakra Series, Tuesdays 8:30 am with Rachele Thompson
Stay tuned for details. Each class will explore postures, breathing and meditation to balance each of the chakras.
Power Flow L1/L2 Wednesdays 7:30pm with Amanda Credeur
Building off a core series of power yoga postures, we will offer variations so you can find your edge through movement, breath and sweat. Poses can be modified to suit your body’s needs. Expect to leave this class cleansed, energized and refreshed!
Mysore Ashtanga Fridays 6:30-8:30am * Donation based class*
Imagine a semi-private class where you practice according to the pace of your own breath. The teacher provides guidance and adjustments tailored to you alone. Detailed hands-on assistance will help you to avoid misalignments that can lead to injury. You move through postures with your individual strengths and restrictions in mind. Self-practice or Mysore classes allow you the freedom to work within your own unique boundaries. Please note, you can arrive anytime within the class timespan. You do not need to arrive at 6:30 am(this is not a two-hour class).
