New Schedule for 2019

To kick off 2019 we're offering you new classes with our ever-expanding staff of teachers. In addition to our six weekly scheduled community classes, we're adding two more. We're also changing the format of our Balance Basics classes so that each week of the month will cover a different area. We're also changing our Ashtanga schedule and teachers to give you more consistency and opportunities to grow. 

New Community Classes

  • Mondays 7:30pm Align & Flow L2 with Cori Cooper 
  • Thursdays 7:30pm Vinyasa All levels with Bianca Rivera

New Balance Basics Format

  • Week 1: Invigorating Sun Salutations
  • Week 2: Standing Poses for Stability and Stamina
  • Week 3: Backbends for Vitality and Health
  • Week 4: Twisting for Digestion and Back Health
  • Week 5: Wildcard

New Ashtanga Schedule

  • Mysore morning schedule with Gabi Fernandez Sunday to Thursdays; Meredith teaches Saturdays. Weekday mornings classes start at 6:30am and 8:30am on Weekends.
  • New Wednesday evening Mysore Style Ashtanga Class with Meredith at 6pm
  • Guided Ashtanga Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm and Friday morning at 9am.
