Are you sick and tired of the same old Thanksgiving turkey & stuffing?

Here is your chance to try out a recipe on your yogi friends before you cook it for Thanksgiving and get ideas for your own plant-based Thanksgiving.

Talk Tofurkey with other yogis!

Gather with other yogis to have fun in preparation for Thanksgiving!

Bring drinks (wine is allowed), appetizers, main course or desserts.

All recipes will be posted on the Balance Blog after the potluck for easy sharing preparation.

For all my Back Bending Lover Yogis.
“Roasted Root Vegetables”
1 lb. turnips
1 lb. rutabagas
1 lb. carrots
1 lb. parsnips
3 shallots, halved
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. black pepper
8 garlic cloves
