I am interested in your prenatal yoga class, although I just moved to town. I’d really like to take the class and I’m wondering if it will be offered again. I am due Dec 1st.
    Thanks so much,
    Abby

      HI Abby,

I plan to offer the class as a series again in September…although you are more than welcome to drop in now and meet other expectant mothers. The sooner that you get started with yoga the better. We have women in all trimesters in the class now.

      Regards,

      jessica

I am interested in doing prenatal yoga, especially from someone with your awesome credentials. I have only ever done yoga maybe a dozen times before my pregnancy. I am due Dec 7th. Is it a bad idea to start trying to do prenantal yoga now and with so little experience?

    Thank You,
    Danielle

    • Jessica says:

      HI Danielle,

The class is structured so that you can start anytime. There are other women who are relatively new to yoga in the class, so you will be fine. We offer modifications so you can go deeper or not, but still experience the energy of the poses. Also, much of the class emphasizes breathing, meditation and community with other women.

Let me know if you have other questions,

      jessica

Actually yes, is your Groupon special able to be applied to these classes?

        Danielle

        • Danielle P Connolly says:

Well… the truth is, I purchased the full priced $88 version just ten minutes ago before I realized that in fact you have a Groupon on sale for $45 for 10 classes. I was hoping to reverse the charge on my card, buy the Groupon and sign up for classes that way. They said I would have to ask you all to reverse the charge on my credit card. Do you think there is any way we would could do that? I’m sorry to be a pain, every penny counts for us right now! I appreciate any help.
