Our main purpose in opening Balance Yoga & Wellness Center is to provide a platform to teach what we have learnt. Study and learning becomes valuable when it can help individuals on many levels. Health is much more than the absence of disease – as defined by the World Health Organization, “Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” The goal is not only to reach a calm state of mind and a healthy body, but to learn to look at the habits and behavioral patterns that keep us bound and limited.
Here we offer a platform for articles and other resources on Yoga, Ayurveda, Nutrition, Anatomy and the Breath written by Balance teachers and other experts on the subject.
