I practice movement modalities such as yoga, weightlifting, HIIT, and other forms of exercise for the joy of moving my body. I also enjoy the health benefits such as increased energy, stress relief, and deeper awareness of my overall capacity for movement.
I teach to empower. My goal is always to share what I have learned over the years with the intention of strengthening my students’ personal awareness. With a deeper understanding of their mind body connections they are more capable of being their best selves in their daily flow of life. What’s more, if they are training for a specific physical accomplishment (such as running their first 5k) I’m always eager to help them to reach their goals.
