Using yoga postures, breathing, meditation and ayurvedic practices, Jessica teaches you how to dig deep to uncover the root cause of your health problems. When you’re willing to listen to your body, you uncover the secrets of self-healing.

Each week Jessica will teach you different observation techniques including meditations, breathing practices, eating techniques and of course, yoga postures.

By the end of the four weeks you’ll begin to understand and tap into your body’s wisdom.

Who this series is for

Change-makers: people who are ready to make changes to feel better. Those who won’t accept feeling mediocre and want vibrancy. If you’d rather passively take a pill, this isn’t for you. Best of luck:)

Wednesdays 6-7:15pm

Cost: $100 for 4-week series

Limited to 10 students.

Because this is a small group workshop and we want to establish a safe and cohesive group energy, we are not accepting drop ins for this series.

She’s devoted her life to wellness to helping you find your best self through simple wellness strategies: how you eat, move, love and breathe.

Jessica is authorized to teach Ashtanga Yoga by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. She’s been a direct student of Sri O.P. Tiwari, head of India Yoga Association and leader of Kaivalyadham since 2003. She has an MA in French and Sociology, and is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD, LDN).
