Rachele J. Thompson is a certified yoga teacher and psychotherapist specializing in eating disorder treatment. Rachele has a passion for sharing the messages of metta (loving kindness), karuna (compassion), and ahimsa (non-violence). She believes that all people have the capacity to experience greater peace and harmon in their lives.
