4-Week series run every month
Learn the fundamentals of the Ashtanga yoga practice in a slow, safe and comprehensive manner. In this four week course students will learn Sun Salutations, the fundamental standing asanas (postures), accessible seated postures, breathing techniques, and philosophy of the Ashtanga yoga system. This course will also teach you all about the Mysore style approach to learning. Class size is limited to allow for more individual attention.

Preregistration is required for all four sessions. Full payment is required to reserve your spot in a workshop. There will be a 20% administration fee on refunds for cancellations made 48 hours in advance.
