Breath & Bandhas: Using specific exercises students learn to harness the natural strength available to the body by connecting the breath and the bandhas (core awareness). This workshop serves as the foundation for the other classes in this series. All levels.
Inversions: Learn safe and approachable methods for entering headstand, forearm stand and handstand.
Backbending: Students will look carefully at healthy backbend alignment and utilize both passive and active exercises for stregthening and opening shoulders, back, chest and abdomen to enter safe poses.
