Burn, Baby, Burn!
Awakening the Karmic Fire
Known in Sanskrit as Agni, the fire of purification, the karmic fire ignited by dedicated yoga practice burns through bodily impurities, negative behavior patterns and painful emotions to reveal the true nature of your inner being. The success of the Ashtanga Yoga method hinges on your understanding of your own inner agni. More than just physical strength the development of agni transcends the physical and is a gateway to the spiritual.
In this seminar you will delve deeply into the inner world to make contact with the illusive “bandhas” and discover your own true power. Through a careful, alignment-based approach to the essential postures of the Ashtanga Yoga method you will connect with this hidden power center and find a indestructible source of energy that infuses your entire practice and life with spiritual light.
