An intro series is the perfect way to get started with yoga if you are new!
Come find out how yoga differs from other forms of exercise by tapping into the connection between your mind, your body, and your breath. Basic seated & standing postures, breathing techniques as well as an intro to seated meditation will be included in each session. Experience and/or flexibility NOT required!
Six week series July 28 – September 8th; no class on Labor Day, Sept. 1.
