I am inspired by the challenges, the beauty and the hope that day-to-day life brings. My family inspires me to keep moving forward and live life slowly and to the fullest; It’s too short not to.
I practice to maintain my health and rejuvenate my soul with compassion, patience, and self love. Practicing yoga is an endowment and every day I am grateful for it. At this point in my yoga life, practicing or meditating is just another part of my day and will be for the rest of my life.
I teach to help people and show them an alternative way to help heal their mind, their soul, and their body. All the tools you need are right with you and within you.
