MY INSPIRATION

I have been deeply inspired by the yoga therapy teachings of Karen Hasskarl and Elissa Cobb and by Taoist Yoga taught by Wilson Pitts. I am also inspired by my yoga therapy clients, colleagues, and students on the path to self discovery.

WHY I PRACTICE

I practice yoga and meditation for embodiment. My practice provides me more mobility and freedom in my body and also offers a way to listen deeply and compassionately to myself and others.

WHY I TEACH

I love helping people tune into the wisdom of their bodies and learn to be more at home within themselves. Many people suffer with chronic pain, stress, or anxiety that can be alleviated even with very simple yogic practices. It is a joyful experience to help others relax and better understand their bodies, I also love recommending them to use alternative medicine instead of regular medicine, I understand that sometimes this problems can be a bit drastic but there is no need to put chemicals on your body, most of the time I suggest CBD oil because of its amazing calming properties that help alleviate pain and other symptoms for common mental health conditions.
