In just over a month, you’ll have the foundation you need to make the Ashtanga method your own. Because you’ll learn modifications to suit your needs and develop the confidence to dive into Mysore classes.
We will spend time before class discussing the history and theory of the practice to create a comprehensive context for interpreting the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga within the larger narrative of Indian Yoga.
