Shoulderstand, headstand, forearm stand and handstand…oh my!
This six-week intermediate intensive will help to build a solid foundation of alignment in the shoulders, neck and core. We will also focus on how to use the energy of the legs to not only kick-up but also stay up in our favorite upside-down asanas. All practices will be tailored to the level of the students and include comprehensive asana, breathwork and meditation. This course is geared towards intermediate practitioners who have consistently practiced yoga at least twice a week for the past six months.
