We offer three main styles of yoga: ashtanga, alignment-oriented, and vinyasa. On the schedule you'll also find classes that are derived from these main styles or are a combination.
We also offer specialty classes in restorative, yin prenatal and meditation. To familiarize yourself with the styles, and find a class that suits you best, please read the descriptions below.
Balance yoga offers classes for different levels of experience, from complete beginner to advanced. Level 0 or 1 are for beginners. It is also possible for a beginner with some experience to attend all levels classes. These classes introduce more advanced postures, but offer modifications for newer students who want to take it slow.
